2009
Jun 28th - Round 5 - Darcy Blows Up !
It may have been the perfect
conditions for the micros,
but that didnt stop the older crew blowing up. Small &
clean offshore conditions at Dbah greeted all for a
winters day that
was as good as it gets. The Juniors went head to
head but in
the end Darcy Phillips kept Jimi Deane, Asher Wales &
Kurt Durrough from
taking the line honors..

May 31st- Round 4 @ Dbah
With the physco storms weve had
of late, everyone was just happy to be back in the
ocean. Snappers just a big hole at the moment with
absolutely no sand and Dbahs breaking right
outside, but the cycle of mother nature goes on .
In the end it didnt matter, and Jimi Deane showed
his stuff big time....

2009
May 3rd - Round 3 On Two Fronts
Round 3 went down across 2
locations. The Cleanest of Dbah peaks had the Cadets &
Juniors absolutely frothing, whilst
around the corner off Little Marley, the Groms and
Micros got
thier lion share of the runners. In the Jrns, Sol
Periera Ryan got
one up on his older bro and the other lads, Bridey
McNeven
took out the girls, and in the Cadets, Josh Glennon
wailed
his way to victory...

2008 Sunday 28th Dec
Josh
Kerr The Top Gun !!!
Josh etched his name into the history
books and onto the Snapper Rocks Surfriders Club
perpetual trophy by taking out the Club’s Open
Championship for 2008. During a storm effected
final that included Shaun Gossman, Occy, Nick
Vasicek, Dan Pryor, Luke and Brent Dorrington, Josh
nailed
the door closed, and in doing so broke the
dominance that
8X defending champion, Joel Parkinson
has enjoyed over this event for most part of this
decade. In the evening, the Annual Snapper Rocks Surfriders Club Presentation night was held at the
Rainbow Surf Club where age champions and placings
for all the divisions were announced. A major
fun day and night had by all...
